Bookings and cancellations.
To confirm their reservation for a stay at “Princess’ Residence”, the customers will pay a deposit equal to the 30% of the agreed amount.
The request of the reservation’ s cancellation, if made in advance, can lead to partial or total refund of the deposit, according to the following conditions:
1) For cancellation request made 60 days prior the date of coming: total refund;
2) For cancellation request made 20 days prior the date of coming: 50% refund;
3) After this period, The Princess’ Residence will keep the full amount.
Cancellation requests must be sent by fax or e-mail to the addresses indicated in the reference period.
4) Reservations and cancellations will be valid only if confirmed by the staff of the Residence, written or by fax and mail.
Arrivals and departures
It is possible to enter in your apartment\room from 13:30. The customers are kindly requested to leave the apartment\room by 11 of the departure’s day.
Damages to rooms or building
The customers are responsible for any damages caused in the rooms and apartments, and any broken or missing items.
Use of the swimming pool
The opening of the swimming pool is not guaranteed before June 1st and after September 15th .
The opening period for the pool may change depending on climatic conditions.
